My favorite comment from the company is this:

We have not issued any additional shares since our offerings over ten years ago. We have a strong anti-dilution policy that requires us to inform shareholders prior to any dilution of our stock. In addition, we have a share issuance moratorium that prohibits the Company from issuing any new shares for any reason prior to June 30, 2010 (later amended to Sept 15,2010).

THAT IS GREAT TO HEAR.
