Question of motive...

1. Matin a motive to lie? (not that he's given an outstanding share count since Sept 27) - of course he does. He's the one that ordered the gag order on the transfer agent. He's got every reason to lie.

2. D. Seifer. Ditto all the way. And easier - he can plead ignorance. The investor relations guy isn't necessarily getting updated on information that is not readily public. The most important though, however, is he's the IR for a pinksheet penny stock. I wish I had a nickle for every IR guy for a pinksheet penny stock that either lied or was mistaken.

3. Me? WTF motive would I have? I've conceded the 6,176,035 share count still could be a $30 price target or 1400% gain from here. If that's "bashing" and trying to "lower the stock price" I must be really terrible at it. And why would I want to lower it anyway? If I was lying and wanted to buy in "cheaper," I think $2 a share ($4 mil market cap) for a $7 mil net income company is damn good enough!!! Clearly, any sane person knows there is NO motive.

4. "Mystery" Transfer agent. There is NO mystery. Call any time you want (but you don't - because it doesn't help your pump) this weekend and hear his voice. Then get a hold of him next week. Or you could have for hours upon hours when I asked you too but instead you chose to whine on a message board and pretend something sitting right at your face wasn't available to you. Pathetic. Why did I spend two days urging you to call? Figured I would get lucky and NOBODY would call? Give me a break - get a clue!!!!

Merry Xmas ;)
