There is one item we all seem to be overlooking regarding the "weighted average vs current O/S issue". That is fact that Veltex's representive D. Seifer told many of us that he had a conversation with Mr. Matin a few days before answering us (last week)and that he was told that the O/S has not changed since the R/S and remains at 2.3 million shares with 250,000 shares in options.

Whatever you use to define the EPS certainly is anyone suggesting that the O/S has gone down since NOC went upon Mount Sinai and heard the Word?

D. Seifer said that Matin told him the current O/S could not be more than 2.5 million shares and only that much if all of the options were exercised.

Who is lying?

1- Rawnoc?
2- Matin?
3- D.Seifer?

Has to be someone.

Might as well be someone we have never heard of.
