Im glad everyones feet will be on the floor tomorrow. In March there was nonstop talk about LV and the moon. If EC, and our lawyers bust some balls tomorrow, we can resume those sessions.

I'll say we get a small bone thrown our way, but another 2-3 sessions before we get close. Like I said before, we will, have to have JPM tied to the stake, with match in hand before they decide to pony up.


Worse case- they decide to go to trial. Then after wasting more damn time, settlement. This will be 2011 and a very strong possibility that can't be ignored.
