$250K debt is not reason enough to cause this entire snafu, there is something else going on that we as SH have no clue about. Crips, SL could have went to a bank after this got going and pledged shares towards a personal loan to pay back the $250k if it was due prior to November 2010 when restriction lifted and he can sell.

I kind of find it intriguing when reading the indepth posts about the mafia conspiracy:)

Things get interesting when no official updates being made available to SH, still believe PL could/should update SH even if it says we are still in process and (insert law firm) has indicated no information can be released at this time. Nadine's updates are getting old and are obviously inaccurate. We need an official company PR.
