Buffetguy: The following is a pretty big contract for Wave? How much of the 700 Million over 5 years will Wave realize in revenue? I believe these are the type of announcements in the future that many Wavoids will understand to be revenue generating for Wave. The public will only see the tremendous revenue growth and still wont understand from where the revenue was generated IMO.
December 2, 2004 Dell signs $700M contract with Royal Phillips Electronics Dell Inc. has signed a $700 million contract to provide hardware, managed services and software packaging services for Royal Philips Electronics.
The contract is spread out over five years in 60 countries. Philips will purchase Dell OptiPlex desktops, Latitude notebooks and Precision workstations. The services contract covers more than 75,000 seats. It already is under way.
Based in the Netherlands, Royal Philips Electronics NV (NYSE: PHG) is one of the world's largest electronics companies. Round Rock-based Dell (Nasdaq: DELL) is one of the world's largest computer hardware manufacturers.
For customers who require an interim TPM option, Dell will offer TPM 1.1 on selected Dell™ OptiPlex™ desktop, Dell Precision™ mobile workstation, and Latitude™ notebook systems in early 2005. Dell also offers a range of user authentication technologies in OptiPlex, Dell Precision workstation, and Latitude notebook systems.

Entry Material Agreement, Financial Statements and Exhibits
Item 1.01. Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement. On December 14, 2004, Wave Systems Corp. ("Wave") and Envoy Data Corporation ("Envoy") amended the Authorized Distributor Agreement, dated as of June 29, 2004 (the "Agreement"). The amendment to the Agreement makes Wave's EMBASSY® Trust Suite Enterprise Security, Dell Edition 1.0 software (the "Software") available for distribution to Dell Inc. ("Dell") by Envoy. The Software will then be an option for purchase with Dell personal computers enabled with security hardware at a retail price of $19.99. Pursuant to the amendment to the Agreement, Wave will receive the remaining portion of the $19.99 retail price after deducting distribution costs. The amendment to the Agreement does not provide for any minimum or maximum guaranteed quantities.
