The term "ethonal wall" paints its own picture.Producers are now loosing money because of the blending restriction in place at 10%.I dont suppose EVFL would consider retail fuel and blending at 10 % until furthur notice. Oh... I almost forgot,what happened to BioWillie and the gourmet pizza's ,bet there's no money in food either....
