YHGG is interesting and has a lot of potential as long as they complete thier filings. Supposedly, from the old YHGG website, the 2007 and 2008 financials are done, but just had not been submitted to the SEC. I guess that was becuase their accountants were not registered with the Public Company Auditors Oversight Board (PCAOB). As of March 29, the accountants, Gansu Hongxin, are registered. I hope to see the other delinquent filings soon. If they are what they say they are, then lots of upside, IMO.
