"CYSG" is a scam, a big scam. All that is required of them to continue trading is a registered market maker(SEC approved), and a transfer agent. They do not have to have anything else. The fins reported in Sept'09 was a market maker trap, you could buy in but you could not sell out even if your price was below the value at that time. I know, becaused I tried to sell. They have now sold billions of shares on the open market with the money going where? "SCAM"
