Good morning 2B, In reference to your discussion regarding the I-Pod versus Janus, you make a critical point regarding first mover status to the market place. It's called saturation. Combine that thought with the news on the television stations this week that many stores have sold out of I-pods and can sell them as fast as they get them in and you have a great deal of support on your point. As a businessman and manufacturer for over 30 years, I can attest to the value of first mover status and market saturation. Why is this critical? Because people do not like to change. Once they become familiar with something, they resist change. Are they going to flock from the I-Pod to Janus later on? I doubt it. Time will tell.
