My whole point on striking a deal was to avoid a calamity like this. I saw it coming. Needs versus Wants. Everyone has to be willing to compromise in some fashion. Give and see who is willing to give back. Do not ask them to give first...lead the way. If you are aproached by someone who WANTS to take, then find someone else who is willing to give...notice the word WANT that I used.

I am not involved in WAMUQ to date, but we are connected. So if you know what I am saying then listen...otherwise you can just chalk me up as someone who should just shut his mouth...because if I had done that...we wouldn't be here.

I am glad though that you are taking care of details...it is what I wanted. So thanks to both sides for that.
