Nice post. Figuring or dertermining what they actually meant by early 2010 then seems to be the issue. A name change to Flushaway is what's been suggested. Unaudited filings would be a concern for shareholders. Perhaps audited filings might be a concern for them, but your right, who knows anything?? We are just going round in circles as usual.
