HP bundling,

I think it is reasonable to say that HP bunding may not occur in the nearer term. The costs per machine are real. Dell decided to take that on. I would argue Dell achieves a lower base cost than HP, and can choose to bundle a buck. HP is less lean, and simply might not be able to bundle a buck. HP has offers and promtes the Wave goodys as optional added componenets. In other words (to the point and figure folks out there) HP and Wave ALREADY HAVE A DEAL ... its just not a bundling deal. Dell made a decision to carry the water and bundle. HP may well never decide to do that. HP may well decide to do it all through user selected sales. That Wave has HP exs working the sales etc is good, but it may well be that HP never adopts the Dell approach. Dell is leaner, Dell has the flexibility to bundle to make a brand difference, HP may not have the same choice. HP and Dell are in competition. Dell may have decided, - we can do this, and we are pretty sure you can't -. Just musings.

The above content is my opinion.
