The Company anticipates the finacials being completed in
the very near future. There will be upcoming news regarding LUUMS and Aisle Sentry. Currently, the Company is focusing on
its ventures with LUUMS, Aisle Sentry, and Solar Masters. The Company believes in the short term these projects provide a
better ROI than the electric motor; however the Company fully intends to continue the development of the motor and
