The whole reason that we have THJMW is so that she can make a sound decision based on LAW, not POLITICS.

I do not care whose arse JD has kissed or greased up, the courts are (supposed to be) above all of that.

My only fear is tha THJMW renders a fair an honorable decision and that another judge in the appeals circuit with political aspirations overturns it and the we are forced to roll the dice again with another appeals judge.

I wish that we could take this travestry straight to the Supreme Court and avoid the appellate courts and instead render a judgement based only on FACT.
