Yes, I had already read the same post elsewhere. When it comes to SEC regulation I am skeptical, they will need to show me. I hope everything works as planned, the MM's and "naked shorting" has to be dealt with. The SEC has known for ages it existed but did nothing. In a short time we will see if REG SHO changes anything. I have no clue whether GTEL is "naked short". Many believe it is.....we shall see...rock
