TSX, At this point the money would be ok. The real satisfaction will come when the SEC is held accountable for their actions. That has to happen for any pay day to happen. Many here think the SEC is not to blame for NSS. I am just as sure that they are.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
