This goes to the discussion of wanting to get rid of the OTS and have only the FDIC as the regulator. Hasn't there been talk, too, of bringing the FDIC in under total government control?

Is this the groundwork they are laying with this hearing?


What irks me is how Levin reads off this opening speech as though it's the absolute truth ... but who wrote it and who's facts are it based on?? JPM supplied data?
