why would jpm go down and wamu go up
you are confusing the points

1. JPM made money
2. Wamu has not seen a solid favorable ruling that would show u's in the money yet
3. I did not mention anything about multiples
4. I suggest you stop looking at pps and ask yourself if you are in short or long term - obviously i saw how long you are in this but no point in complaining on pps
Companies get sued all the time and most of the time if they lose the pps does not change for instance McDonalds not too long ago. Also are you saying the Cramer effect doesnt exist?
