Please note that this is simply goes to the question of authorized shares and not issued shares. And that further, authorized shares can increase simply by providing notice to the secretary of state.

In part, I was responding to the wild speculation that I saw elsewhere noting that the share count had doubled, which would be impossible or clearly illegal since the Nevada Secretary of State never received notice of higher count.

There is an issue as to the count as the figures on the 10Q are different. The cover page and balance sheet use different figures.
