Dave, Tom told me to the best of his recollection ( because the files weren't where he responded from), the company issued 2M shares on settlement and had to issue 4M more with a 3 month lock he believed within 30 days of their notification that they had been sold. He believed we got that notice and issued the balance in April, so they would have been gone end of July August time. I think the take is that they are long gone. Again all opinions, Dan.
