Not only does CMKX go down as the biggest scam of shareholders, but the scam continues with plaintiffs putting up large sums of money to try to prove their stubborn theory, other shareholders trying to sue in small claims court or at least use small claim court tactics, 10's of thousands shareholders still trying to convince their loved ones that it is realy true, let alone themselves, that it really is true but they just need a little more time. Yeah this is up there. You would have thought the Bre-X debacle would have taught some lessons, obviously not.
