Everything can be proved and it doesn't take much evidence to connect the dots. It all begins with CERTs and eventually leads to the Phantom shares which we know have been well hidden.

But the problem doesn't simply exist in the virtual world of the stock market, it also exists in what are referred to as Swiss "Black" Accounts - another Trillion dollar problem.

The Justice Department sort of won but in reality they have not since there are still accounts out there that are being kept secret! 4450 out of 52K names will be divulged to the DOJ or the IRS. Based on what has been presented it would appear that the other 48K names that were not disclosed either had money sent back to a bank in the Sates(the equivalent of full disclosure) or they hired a lawyer and confesed their sins to the IRS.

The question is how much money is still in Swiss black accounts that have not been flushed out at this point ?
All it takes is one account with Billions and Billions of dollars and we already know that the Swiss bank would rather pay a fine for not disclosing all the information instead of playing nice.

So just imagine what is being hidden from the public when Billions and Billions of CMKX shares traded daily and no one really knows all the details.

So here is a suggestion to the Bashers!
Why not cooperate with the CMKX lawyers and just put this thing to bed ???

Because there is something to hide perhaps ??? LOL
