Day 2: The Unaudited AWSL 2009 Financial Statements

SW, IMHO, the Company’s management elected/volunteered and issued untimely, sloppy, incomplete and misleading yearend financial statements. Keeping in mind that the Company has an accountant, a C.F.O., a C.E.O. who signed the Certification as well as a host of investment banking talent who know the drill regarding generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards, one can only wonder about their collective motivation.

As for the investors who are willing to endorse the “Mother Knows Best, Trust Me!” financial reporting standards, I wish you good luck and good health.
