If it were proven in trial that WAMU was seized illegally that would open up the door to all other types of litigation including I'm sure a class action lawsuit from people that lost their jobs. I don't think JPM will let it get that far but I also can't see THJMW rule against such a big player - I think the best we can hope for is another rumor of a settlement and then I'm out. I guess it is a different story if you bought pre seizure but I just can't see any judge making a harsh ruling against the banking Gods like JPM. It's sad but I just don't see it happening. We do have some talent on the EC now which is promising. Can't wait until the 21st...definitely holding until then. I've learned to always expect the unexpected though. It would be the biggest thing that happened in a while on Wall if THJMW rules in favor of relief to equity. I could only imagine what this board would be like.
