HEY BUCKEY:
I called a american financial lawyer this morning to tell him the situation of mlon and asked him about the press that released by the CEO. The lawyer told me now is not the good time to report to the SEC. He told me to buy some MLON now and just wait for the MLON financial reports on the early 2005, If there's no reports file by MLON likes the CEO told the press, at that time if i have any loss on MLON, then he will help me file the class law suit for the misleading claim. He told me right now the evidence is too little and i have not lose anything yet.
So, i decided to buy 10 mil today and wait until the end of the first quarter of year 2005 for the 10q and 10k from MLON.
