Fat, water under the bridge at this point going back 4 plus years ago. Bottom line is gmsc insiders did not want to be associated with that recent "pump". They are now going to process a few items to assist to this audience in knowing accurate information, there is no other agenda. The company basically has no value at this time, no operations and has not issued a single share in years. The "ungagging" of the TA, which was done years ago is getting undone to assist the stockholders verify...
