When I challenged him about the gagged TA at Omda he told me that every time an investor called for the share count he got charged. (as I recall he said $6.00) So I called said gagged TA and asked what they would charge and they said nothing it's all part of the service.

He also is always going to do something "soon" then never does. We'll have audited financails "soon" we have a joint venture "soon". The TA can be ungagged in 5 minutes. "Soon" isn't good enough. I don't even know if the new shares would show up at the TA already but ungagging "soon" is just bs.
