Rox, they were gagged years ago, possibly to keep the TA from being called 50 times a day during the 504 fundings and share dilution. TA's do increase their fees if they are consuming a ton of time for their client. I believe the accurate share count was posted accurately on the company website. I'm speaking with Adam Barnett, but you already knew that :)
