LOL - NO not Nevada - technically Arizona out of one of them business centers where you rent a desk. He was out of California but some wife beating and DUI and no shows in court stuff made him uproot to AR but guess what he did in AR - same thing exceot at leasthe showed up to court this time. He claims to have offices in London and China and he used to have one in the Dominion of Melchidizek ( spelling I always mess up) cheers
