**The EC just lost a member and gained a new one, as well as a new law firm. They have to prepare for the 4/21 hearing which is a big one and includes shareholders meeting and SJ on the 4 billion.

IMO the EC should work quietly on an attack plan, and not concern itself right now with the pps or external issues. Get the sharholders meeting, get rid of the WMI BOD, fire Weil, restart the litigation against JPM/FDIC, get SJ on the 4 billion, and get Solomon's valuation out there.

Then we will see some big rises again in the WMI classes, if not a settlement down to the commons.
