I just heard the words positive developments. Didn't hear any specifics.
But one would conjure up a notion that they are working out the differences.

I think there is a money issue there. I still haven't heard what happens to the 100M shares of preferred stock. Didn't see that in Lee's submitted agreement. Just the 12:88 common with SL firmly in control.
