I think that Boone is going a little fast on this one. We better solve the fracturing controversy before going ahead giving enormous tax credits to convert 18 wheelers into nat gas.

On the other hand we cannot afford to keep giving the rest of the world $40 billion dollars a month so something has to change.

Boone's plan is really a tax credit program and I was hoping that the economics of using nat gas would be the deciding factor instead.
