Winning Brands Senior VP, Lorne Kelly, estimates that TrackMoist may reach approximately 250 tracks during 2010 as a result of current discussions. “Track owners and promoters are expressing strong interest in what TrackMoist can do to enhance their track performance and control dust. We are definitely gaining momentum for TrackMoist because progress no longer depends on our own promotion exclusively – now the right people are starting to talk about TrackMoist amongst themselves.” Mr. Kelly says, adding - “These new motorsports relationships will also strongly benefit distribution of Winning Colours Stain Remover and CLEAN1 Spray. Both Winning Colours and CLEAN1 are an absolutely perfect for people who work with engines and vehicle maintenance. The opportunities for Winning Colours and CLEAN1 in motorsports are terrific.”

First TrackMoist Delivery to Europe by Winning Brands

2010 Trial Partnership Begins in England - [still waiting to hear update on this one]

BARRIE, Ontario, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --

Winning Brands Corporation (Pink Sheets: WNBD; Frankfurt: WMU) www.winningbrands.ca/, manufacturer of popular new TrackMoist performance
enhancer and dust suppressant for dirt racetracks, has entered into a partnership with Speedway Prep for trials of TrackMoist to commence in the U.K., following trials in the USA which have already been successful.

Initial inventory for testing has now arrived in the U.K. The trials will commence at Elite and Premier League speedway events in spring 2010. If successful, Speedway Prep sees a considerable UK and European wide market for TrackMoist within speedway racing - a popular and fast growing sport with around 2,000 league events each year attracting extensive television audiences on Sky Sports. http://www.skysports.com/opinion/0,25219,12276,00.html Other dirt track racing such as motocross could also benefit from successful trials with TrackMoist, A Speedway Prep website will be launched prior to the start of the race season.

Kelvin Tatum, senior partner at Speedway Prep is a former England Speedway captain and three-time world champion, who raced for 23 years before retiring in 2005. He is now Sky Sports' number one speedway pundit and a coach for young, upcoming speedway riders. When asked why his company has chosen to partner with Winning Brands to trial TrackMoist, Kelvin said: "Speedway racing has been my passion for many years, and as someone who has been involved both in front of the cameras as a championship rider and television commentator and behind the scenes as a coach and technical consultant, I am always aware of how fundamentally important the preparation of the track surface is to a successful speedway event. A well prepared track not only provides for more exciting and skilful racing but also ensures that riders' safety is not compromised by substandard conditions and ensures that dust does not obscure vision for both riders and spectators, which has become a particular issue for many European speedway events in recent years. I am therefore very excited to be involved in trialling TrackMoist, which if successful will enhance the quality of European speedway racing whilst increasing safety for riders and reducing water usage and maintenance and preparation costs for event organisers."

Racetracks accelerate use of TrackMoist from Winning Brands

Improved track performance and reduced water consumption with TrackMoist is hot discussion topic at Performance Racing Industry Tradeshow

(December 14, 2009) Barrie, Ontario, Canada - Winning Brands Corporation (OTC: WNBD) (Frankfurt: WMU.F), www.WinningBrands.ca manufacturer of new TrackMoist performance enhancer and dust suppressant for dirt racetracks forecasts tens of millions of gallons in reduced water consumption by dirt race track operators during the 2010 racing season because of the acceleration in their use of TrackMoist track treatment. TrackMoist had previously been in various stages of testing to ensure that it would meet real world operating conditions but was formally unveiled at the Performance Racing Industry Tradeshow in Orlando, Florida Dec 10-12, 2009. A large number of new track partners across the USA are placing opening orders or getting involved in their own testing.

Don “Herbie” Williams, product specialist and distribution co-ordinator for Winning Brands’ TrackMoist, reports that a wide range of tracks will begin using TrackMoist as soon as possible, with organizers of key race series also considering a formal endorsement for the 2010 season. “Frequently over the 3 day show, our booth would be filled with guests asking questions about how to provide an improved experience for their thousands of paying spectators. The most common response to TrackMoist’s performance characteristics was ‘WOW!’” Mr. Williams says. A partial list of new track partners illustrates the diversity of interest, including Volousia Speedway in Florida, Eriez Speedway and Selinsgrove Speedway in Pennsylvania, Heartland Motorsports Park in Kansas, Dirt Devil Speedway and Nelson Ledges Road Course (for associated dirt service roads and facilities) in Ohio, Miami County Speedway in Indiana, Dublin 441 Speedway in Georgia and facilities in Rochester, NY. Mr. Williams added: “The most satisfying thing of all was that many of my 2009 TrackMoist testing customers from the U. S. came to the TrackMoist booth specifically to bring new customers to me because they had used TrackMoist and they knew how well it performed.

The surging interest in TrackMoist is not confined to the United States. Perth Motorplex in Australia will begin use of TrackMoist as soon as initial TrackMoist inventory is delivered there, with strong interest from emerging partners in Brazil and Japan as well. Winning Brands recently announced 2010 trials with Speedway Prep in the UK as the starting point in Europe.

Winning Brands Scores with TrackMoist in Professional Bull Riding

Built Ford Tough PBR Series Debut in Albuquerque, New Mexico for TrackMoist

Albuquerque, New Mexico, April 5, 2010 – Winning Brands Corporation (OTC: WNBD) (Frankfurt: WMU.F), www.WinningBrands.com manufacturer of popular new TrackMoist performance enhancer and dust control for dirt racetracks and sports fields passed its performance tests at the Built Ford Tough PBR Series in Albuquerque last week to become the designated dirt conditioning resource for the rest of the season.

“Bulls tend to create a lot of dust due to scraping the ground and stomping their feet” said Don (“Herbie”) Williams, TrackMoist Product Specialist, about the accomplishment, adding: “We worked with Randy Spraggins himself to find the right PBR application protocol. He applied it to the arena and corral pens which house the bulls and horses. It worked great!” Randy Spraggins of Special-T-Tracks, Inc specializes in dirt and sand installations for special/sports events in stadium and arena settings, such as the Built Ford Tough PBR series event, as well as motorsports entertainment by Feld Motorsports www.feldmotorsportsonline.com, amongst others. Video of the Albuquerque event illustrates that the dirt retained a good balance between being loose, yet controlled. pbrnow.com/release/?id=6248

Winning Brands Director of Product Training, Lorne Kelly, points out that the calibre of people noticing the performance of TrackMoist is top tier: “Randy Spraggins knows what he is doing. He has been grooming dirt surfaces for tough event venues for many years. For example, he has travelled the country as part of an advance party for monster trucks and mud racers, honing his skills in challenging situations of all kinds. He has located and dumped millions of tons of dirt at arenas by this point in his career. Even in Madison Square Garden, New York, when the basketball floor was removed, Randy would arrive with his dirt, when dirt was called for. Spraggins famously describes himself as ‘Dr. Dirt’ to keep it clear what his speciality is. So, Herbie and I are really pleased that Randy has seen fit to announce that TrackMoist will be used for the rest of the PBR season.
