Is king hero, ltd became the public trade company yet?
on june 29, 2004 the CEO told press they signed the agreement to intended to KING HERO, LTD TO GO PBLIC, WITHIN THE NEXT 4-8 WEEKS.
But until now i just can't found any news about the king hero, ltd it go publics.
Is that mean the CEO can tell the press anything that will not become true?
When he told many news the sounds good to the MLON' stock but all those new is fakes and will never the truth, can we, the small investor call him misslead us by given fraud statements?
should we report that to the SEC?
please let me know. thanks
