I agree here: "One of the main dirty trick purposes of lawsuits is to deter investors, especially angel ones or groups."

It is upto management to clarify this situation once they get a chance to present their co to the REAL ANGEL INVESTORS, but I do not believe this management even makes an attempt to get there in the first place, IMO. They expect these investors to come knocking on their door, which is an incredulously self -destructive stance to take for such a poor cash strapped co. They need money and a lot of it that they have to raise thru reasonable funding and you would think they realize that by now instead of singing "My CO is a poor co" blues. There is reasonable funding out there, go find it and capitalize on your wealth of knowledge to get it. That is what is called managemnt, not crying the blues, lol!
