Again, I will say: there has been no change of ownership. Common shares are common shares, no matter who owns them. A change of ownership is when shares are reduced or replaced with new ones. No change in ownership is what preserves NOLS. Because the people who took the loss still exist. Not some new company. Boy I hope you guys get this. It is very important to understand.
