I'd be willing to bet, despite the flimsy paper virtually all banks were writing at the time, that Killigen's testimony will vindicate WMI and that Solomon findings will validate Killigen's testimony. The OTS and FDIC will be pointing fingers and shooting darts at each other wondering how they are going to get out of the tar pit with JPM.
