Tell that to the people that are still using a PII or Celerons below the 600mhz mark.

While it might not be glamorous there are still tons of barely usable PCs out there waiting to be replaced.

I wouldn't choose a via processor for that task myself (I'd be looking at socket 754 semprons as a minimum config myself) but then if you gave it to me for free.
