Perhaps you meant to say: If a test subject has close relatives who are carriers of the BRAC1/2 mutation, she should obtain the copy number unconditionally. What you actually said was that a test subject who tested negative should be concerned about the copy number, but I would think a subject who tested positive ought to be interested too.
