well this is not construction and if they are providing this service to that many customers they do not have time to contact you on a daily basis. I am currently in a project that has only a half a dozen sites set up with less than 2500 wimax/microwave customers and they dont know their ass from a hole in the ground. Much less have time to get updates to everyone. So I can imagine this company is running around like mad.
