I placed my Quasar certificates with Edward Jones earlier this year. They accepted the Cert. after a little background and documentation provided to them from my DD. Some persuasive talk helped and a large quantity of shares. Sometimes, face to face with someone makes a difference. It took about a week for their HQ to approve the acceptance of the Cert. of a Pinky. This is not their normal practice but exceptions are made sometimes. Good Luck.
