You are correct. Etrade, Ameritrade,Scottrade,Zecco or Schwab will not take any certificates on pinksheet stocks. I had the very displeasure of watching my certificate sit on my desk while my stock ran up. I missed out on over $200,000.00 because i was unable to find a brokerage house willing to take my certificate. This happened within the last 60 days. Please believe me when i say NEVER call your certificates.
