hmmm.. that does make me wonder why the largest shareholder in EACC sends you a document about a new business the EACC team is a part of? Trying to send a message that all is not dead here perhaps. It seem he's got his hands in both pots here, EACC and THI/GMIC. I'm going to look more thoroughly through that document, but on first glance alot of what EACC used to do seems to be what THI/GMIC does.
