I was able to get a hold of Stephen S. Santoro:

*A former controlling shareholder of THI/GMIC and Director of both, since 7.4.2004/4.16.2008 inclusive.
**Control is defined by the NAIC of 10% of more shareholdings or ownership.
***E-Auto's largest "beneficial" shareholder via his investment funds and a former and current Board Director

He's been in direct contact with the company and sent me that PDF.
