Quartzman, rather than verbal, maybe IDCC has an expressed agreement with Eric (possibly a letter of intent) where a 3G rate for Eric is triggered when a 2G and/ or a 3G rate is established for Nokia. A 2G Nokia rate followed by a 3g Eric rate should then trigger the Nokia 3G rate...we can only hope!!
