First, I don't lump all in a cult, Larry asked about "wavoid", and at the time, when I asked for a translation of the term, few on this thread explained the "cult" concept to me. Second, I have no "agree" or "disagree" with long or short on this stock. My view of stocks is rarely framed in term of "long or short" (I don't short stocks, per se, only ETF and even that quite rarely), my view is more in term of opportunities, and lost opportunities when money is buried too long in a given issue. I do not like sterile funds, that does not means I have not been in certain stocks for years, because I deemed them value plays which will revive in time (one is reviving right now, PROG, which I have held since 2000, and even bought some more under $3 in October of 2000). But that one was selling then under cash, surely under book and was a real value stock, here around $14, it seems that such a long term hold maybe is justifying itself. Only maybe, since the portion bought at $7 only doubled, and typically I double my money in the market in much less than 5 years, so performance wise, that is a so so (my lame excuse to stay with it was that these were "free shares", a real lame excuse), the portion bought under $3, is doing much better, thank you.
