The most important difference to appreciate is that the cost of extraction at the URST deposit is around $2/lb of V2O5 because it is sediment-hosted. The stuff is in sandstone! You just have to bulk leach it out in-situ. ALL other deposits of merit out there are volcanic intrusives requiring crushing and magnetic separation which brings cost to $6/lb. Then there is the infrastructure costs. We are sooooo lucky to have the rail/road/shipping system being built for us by our coal mining neighbors.

NiPlat's deposit is much much bigger than ours, and the grades are excellent, but they may still not be economical to develop due to the cost of extraction. The Green Giant will be the game changer. The stock will be $10 or more and we will all remember this one for a long time.
