He usually leaves things upside down that is his
style. He put lots of companies in a pickel. I did not
know CXAC was involved with him.

Steve Carnes is TOXIC WASTE. The effect is always the same
with him, people have to clean up after him.

He is a snake with money and gets CEO's to give him million upon million of shares. He in turn sells them in to the market shortly after the conv. debt expires.

Would someone ask CEO if Steve Carnes still owns shares here and if so when do the notes expire?

I did not do much homework here so forgive me if I am bringing up this foker. Just thinking out loud here.
