Yeah this thing with J2T smells funny. It would be interesting to see who owns them and what their affiliations are. It wouldn't surprise me if a particule MM firm has something to do with whats going on.

If they are charging to take possession of certs I would certainly want some proof of what I was paying for...might be time to get some legal assistance in the matter.

In my 30 years of trading I have never heard of such a swindle...and thats what I think it is.
